Improve Technological Innovation Quality with Standards - Congratulations on SYTECH Passing the Acceptance of Guangdong Comprehensive Standardization Pilot Project with High Score
On December 28, 2017, Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province organized the Electronic Circuit Base Material Comprehensive Standardization Pilot Project acceptance meeting in the beautiful and vibrant Songshan Lake High-tech Industrial Park in Dongguan.
In response to the market's dynamic demand for standards, in 2013, SYTECH applied to Guangdong Province to join the Electronic Circuit Base Material Comprehensive Standardization Pilot Project, and was quickly approved by the Administration of Quality and Technology Supervision of Guangdong Province. The Administration issued the announcement in January 2014 and SYTECH was listed as the first batch of comprehensive standardization pilot units in Guangdong Province. The project will last three years and the company must be ready for the acceptance in 2017.
In December 2014, Mr. Li Chuntian, the founder of China's comprehensive standardization and leader of China's standards industry, had a training of comprehensive standardization concept in SYTECH free of charge. He personally demonstrated the rationality and feasibility of the comprehensive standardization implementation plan of SYTECH. That was a rare and precious opportunity to have Mr. Li’s training and listen to his wisdom.
In the past three years, SYTECH has adopted the platform-based and modularized comprehensive standardization concept. SYTECH orients to the market and uses PLM as the platform to reorganize the coordination and relevance of enterprise technology standards. Under the joint efforts of R&D, marketing, process technology, quality assurance,IT, production and standardization personnel from subsidiaries, we successfully implemented the concept of comprehensive standardization in SYTECH.
The expert group from Sun Yat-Sen University, the Fifth Research Institute of Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (CEPREI Laboratory), Dongguan University of Technology, PCB enterprises, Guangdong Institute of Standardization, Shenzhen Institute of Standards and Technology and Dongguan Association for Standardization listened carefully to the report of SYTECH’s project team and reviewed relevant materials. After questioning and discussion, the expert group agreed that the acceptance materials submitted by SYTECH are complete and meet the acceptance requirements. The project undertaker has established a product-based standardization complex based on PLM system, completed the dynamic analysis of the automotive electronics industry standards and improved technological innovation quality with standards, promoted the standard unification mechanism of the group, obtained more rights to speak in international standard,and achieved remarkable standardization and innovation results as well as good economic and social benefits. In addition, the construction of comprehensive standard system realized the role as a demonstration pilot, achieved prominent results and provided technical support for the construction of the standard system of the electronic circuit base material industry chain, which is conducive to promoting the healthy development of the industry.
This is a very high evaluation by the expert group for the comprehensive standardization project of SYTECH. The expert group unanimously agreed that SYTECH passed the acceptance test, and the acceptance score is 96. This is a high score in the comprehensive standardization pilot acceptance. Bureau of Quality and Technology Supervision of Dongguan City, who has been paying attention to and guiding the comprehensive standardization pilot project of SYTECH, also congratulated SYTECH for passing the provincial comprehensive standardization pilot acceptance, and believed that SYTECH truly integrated the awareness of standardization in enterprise management and product innovation,achieving improvement both in enterprise management and product innovation efficiency and quality.
